Early SignalA pre-solicitation or Sources Sought notice. The government is planning to buy something but has not opened bids yet. Arquisition shows these so you can introduce your business before the competition starts.
Active SignalArquisition marks opportunities as "Early Signal" when they are pre-solicitation notices or Sources Sought requests posted to SAM.gov. These come directly from the official SAM.gov database and reflect what agencies have publicly announced.
